The Legacy III is an excellent choice for players on a budget looking to perfect their skills on an affordable and durable basketball goal system. The Legacy III package includes all of the basic necessities; including an 11 gauge powder coated 4" x 4" steel post that is 50% heavier than any other of its kind. The one piece pole design adds durability as it eliminates the risk of joint deterioration common with sectional posts. It also has a supporting arm constructed of the same 4" x 4" steel tubing and extends a full 36" from the post to provide players plenty of distance for safe play. Additional post padding can also be added to this package for an even greater level of safety. The goal support is attached to the vertical post with U-bolts, which can be attached at any height along the post, making this an excellent choice for groups and families with smaller players. This pole can be readjusted by loosening the U-bolts and raising or lowering the backboard, allowing for players growth in height and skill.
