The Competitor Basketball Upgrade Package is made to meet the needs of
schools and rec centers. It includes TuffGuard Bolt-on Padding, which is added
to increase player safety. This product will fit all 72" backboards, and will
meet or exceed all NCAA, FIBA and NFHS specifications. TuffGuard is more durable
than vinyl-dipped or glued-on padding. TuffGuard Padding's contoured shape is
specifically designed to reduce ball interference. TuffGuard also comes with
molded-in goal relief and center pin connectors. Order one set for each
backboard.
Add the FT 300 Backboard Height Adjuster to your package and you will have the
freedom to adjust the rim height to any level between 10' and 8'. A hand crank
is provided to make the necessary adjustments. This is the only height adjuster
on the market that has been warranted against dunking and is specifically made
for upgrade packages such as the Competitor. This is a great feature if your
facility is hosting little league games, tournaments, or basketball camps.
The Competitor Basketball Upgrade Package is a good quality unit that is built
